Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Cutlery Studio.

7-Day Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your items (including knives, shears, spatulas, and keychains) must be in the exact same condition that you received them: completely unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. For safety and hygiene reasons, used kitchen or tailoring tools cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone at +( ). If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the dispatch address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Since most of our orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 business days.
